FOUNDERS TABLE
The Founders Table is a weekly peer advisory group for growth-oriented small business owners in the Siouxland region.
How It Works
Each session is 90 minutes and follows the same structure every week.
Opening Round | 15 minutes
Each person checks in briefly. One sentence on how business is going right now. Fast. Everyone speaks.
Focus Time | 60 minutes (3 people x 20 minutes)
Three people bring a real challenge or decision to the group. The group listens first, asks clarifying questions, then responds from their own experience. Focus Time slots are claimed by sign-up. Everyone rotates through over time.
Closing Round | 15 minutes
Each person names one commitment before the next session.
